TCPA consent
Last updated: [INSERT DATE PRE-LAUNCH]
What is TCPA consent?
The Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) is a federal law that restricts telemarketing calls, text messages, and prerecorded messages. Before we contact you by phone, email, or text about a service request, we need your express written consent.
What you consent to
By checking the consent box on our /book form, you expressly consent to:
- Being contacted by Invictus Property Solutions LLC at the phone number, email address, or both that you provide
- Receiving phone calls, text messages (SMS), and emails related to your service request
- Such communications may be made using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial/prerecorded voice
- This consent overrides any prior Do-Not-Call registration for the specific purpose of servicing your request
Your rights
- You can opt out of all communications at any time — just tell us, or reply STOP to any text, or click unsubscribe in any email
- Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services (we serve you regardless)
- Standard message and data rates may apply for SMS messages
Specific consent language (as shown on the form)
I agree to be contacted by Invictus Property Solutions LLC about my request by phone, email, or text. I understand I can opt out at any time. This consent overrides any prior Do-Not-Call registration.
Version tracking
Each consent is logged with:
- The exact consent language shown to the user (version
ips-tcpa-2026-07-08-v1) - The timestamp of consent
- The IP address from which consent was given
- The user agent string of the device used
This information is retained for compliance with TCPA record-keeping requirements.
